Vaccine Requirement: Currently in the UK, the government is advising that to attend large events like ATOMICON, proof of vaccination may become an entry requirement in the Autumn months, so we do advise that if you intend on coming to ATOMICON, you are vaccinated.

The Space: The venue itself is a huge building, which will be running at lower than maximum capacity, so there will be plenty of space to spread out.

Mask Wearing: We recommend you bring a face-covering to the event. You don't have to wear it for the entirety of the event, but we do recommend having one for moving around the building.

Cleaning: Surfaces will be regularly disinfected, especially high touch-point areas such as check-in desks, stair rails etc.

Food: All food served will be wrapped up ready for you to take-and-go. There will be no open food served, buffet style.

Comfortable Meter: We’ll be implementing some kind of visual system (lanyard colours or badges) so you’ll be able to communicate how comfortable you are with social contact.

There will also be general safety procedures throughout such as lots of hand sanitiser available.
