Whether you bought a ticket to ATOMICON, you’re on our Rebels, Mavericks or Become ATOMIC programme, or made some other purchase from us, you can access your receipt / VAT invoice by logging in here and heading to "My Account".

On desktop PCs, that looks like this:

On a mobile device, that looks like this:

Then click on ‘Payments’ and you will see the option to Download PDF. 

Voilà! You now have your receipt / VAT invoice for your own records.

We're up for doing collaborations, but we limit the amount we do each month. Just drop us an email at whistle@andrewandpete.com with full details of your collaboration request. Give us as much information as possible about your show.

If for whatever reason you can't make it to ATOMICON after you have purchased your ticket, you have a few options:

1. Ask for a no-questions-asked refund up until February 1st 2027.
2. Transfer your ticket to ATOMICON 2028 up until February 1st 2027.
3. Sell or gift your ticket to somebody else and request a free-of-charge name change up to 7 days before the event.
4. Switch to a virtual ticket and enjoy live streaming on the day, plus included is a 12-month on-demand replay of all sessions.
