This app by Facebook is very much under used, but great for speeding things up if you’re using groups to promote your business. The Facebook Groups app makes discovering new groups much easier, so you can start to push your business out there even more, in much less time. And we’re all about saving time!

Remember top 10 tips to maintain your Facebook Group:

  1. Give people a reason to join your group
  2. Let people know what they can and can’t post
  3. Welcome new people to the group (there’s a feature/button to do this for you!)
  4. Let members know if they can invite other members to the group
  5. Be patient, and give it time to grow
  6. Always chip in to conversations and help as much as you can
  7. Post interesting content, not sell, sell, sell
  8. Encourage engagement with questions
  9. Tag people in posts so that they know to check it out
  10. Be as responsive as possible, use this app to quickly dive in and out.
